However, your "image" is not "you." The way you think people perceive you is not you... it's what you think of you, it always is. Zen, Buddhism, Focus, Concentration, Energy, Healing, The Illusion of the Self. Who you are is the key to end your suffering. Look Deeper than the flesh, you know there is more!!
