@beccaotaku probably cause her hair was too short to make it in the style of that wig, and even if it was long enough , what they would have to go through for her to get that hairstyle is a little more painful than what american women go through to get their hair ready for wedding.

wow she looked amazing, I doubt I would be allowed to have a Japanese wedding ceremony unless I married a Japanese person right? Anyway, they looked incredible, all weddings should be this traditional with this much meaning, probably why Japanese marriages last longer than western marriages.

@mischa12 actually the Japanese divorce rate is ever increasing because of their way/standards of meeting, dating, and marrying. These ways are changing and they are currently reinventing their standards on meeting, dating, and marrying.

This kind of wedding is beautiful but somewhat stressful. The wig is heavy, the kimono is very heavy and very tight. So tight in fact, they encourage the bride to eat very little; which they have a big big meal at the ceremony with lots of drink.
