I didn't think the selection of letters was all that interesting, and from my limited point of view I don't think most addressed the real reason, that RP doesn't serve the corporate elite.

From the money raised, the straw polls won, the signs in peoples yards and the internet traffic I think Ron Paul would rate the highest if the polls were honest. The story is why we're not seeing that.

Alright, it should be rather obvious now to those of us paying attention. The main stream media is hyping the low in the polls propaganda to justify the results of the primaries due to voting machine fraud. They can't deny the money raised but they are planting the seed in the minds of the people that he can't win and when he does not win the people will accept it.

That's right, they refuse to include him in the polls they cite. With enough footwork the votes may work. Check Greg Palast's works- he has given a figure of between 6 and 8 million votes that will be needed to overcome planned vote undercounting, etc. in 2008. A turnout never before seen in the USA will be needed.

There was a huge number of comments to this question on the website and the majority of them made the point about the poor polling method and its inherent inaccuracies such as calling only land lines of 2004 primary voters where Bush ran unopposed. I find it amazing that Cafferty didn't mention a single one of those comments. Was that a Cafferty decision or a CNN one?
