I strongly oppose lables in many circumstances. I've never heard Watt speak on religious matters so I have no view of him that way. If you do your research and go back to the original translation, then you can pinpoint the differences as very minor. I do think its an infinite abundance, i also am aware of the fact that even light and color is a vibrational frequency, and although i have not had my aura observed i do know it has a color. When listeners found out and started calling in, Watt accused them of being provocateurs and threatened to sue. It came out on his forum and he did a massive rant on his radio show. Also, if someone phones in and challenges his views, he cuts them off if he has no answer.

He was also an atheist, which to my mind makes him somewhat of a fool (why take an absolute point-of-view on something you can't prove?). Yeah, I'd go along with avoiding anyone claiming to be Christ like the plague too (which the Jesus Himself warned about). Prophetic words, my friend. I mean, seriously prophetic.

If I had to be labled I suppose I would sit somewhere uder the umbrella of an agnostic. I think there's wisdom to be found in the words of Carl Sagan, he strikes me as humble and poetic. He seems to be very connected to the energy around him, same as Alan Watt. They both have wisdom to offer I believe.

The fact you would refer to yourself as an agnostic rather than an atheist is kind of my point. You're not going to take an absolute view that God is not real, because if He is it would be a bad decision. I do like Sagan, actually. I can't say the same about Watt. He's a liar when it comes to the whole Christianity/Isis/Osirus/Mithras lie - which is easily debunked, but he refuses to look.

I strongly oppose lables in many circumstances. I've never heard Watt speak on religious matters so I have no view of him that way. He tends to come off to me as sort of pagan which I have no qualms with. I even sometimes refer to myself as a pagan/agnostic/theist because it best describes my outlook. (cont.)

That's fine if that's the case. 90% of my own family and friends are Christians, I was raised Christian. I just choose to no longer be rooted with that after a lot of deliberation and coming to the realization that my upbringing was indoctrination. That being said I respect...

I would say that in many cases being brought up in a religious home isn't indoctrination per se, but one has to find the truth for one's self. So I hear you on that. My parents became Christians when I was around 9 and I struggled with it for many years as I got to an age where I knew something of the world and had to balance experience with theology. As it turned out, I think I was humble enough (not always) to see God for who he is...
