IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE CODE:

the screen will turn black and hang up when you use it. I managed to fix it by taking out the level code. So, in order for it to work, just enter the two "Must be On" codes and the Pokemon code. The Pokemon will be the same level as the other wild Pokemon you can find in the area.

Whenever I see a wild pokemon, it just goes to that screen transition where u would normally see a pokemon and just freezes there and keeps replaying this annoying sound.

@steveanddianne nothing went wrong with the cheat you used. in the hoenn pokemon games, deoxys and mew won't obey you if you get them via cheat codes. it's just designed that way.

when if you have a saved data befor you have all balls you can be saved. For me it worked like this i did the cheat then looked in my bag if the took all key space if they didn't i disabe the cheat and save and pressed (X on the windows not in the game) started the game again i have all balls plus i don't need 2 worry that it takes all key space from me
