Elvis Costello as the opener was the icing on a pretty sweet cake of a show. He is always fun to see live. I saw The Police in 1982 and twice in 1983 and those shows were fantastic (and FAR less expensive). Although Sting and the boys aren't the potent live band they once were, they still did a really good job last night. It has to be said that Stewart Copeland was and IS a great Rock drummer, which he proved to the Kansas City fans. It was good to revisit these songs live.
The best birthday gift I have ever bought for myself was a ticket to THIS show! The Police KICK ASS!

I was at this concert. The Police fucking rocked. I didn't care much for Costello though.

MAN! i couldve gone thier, i like the police and they are like my dads favorite band and i live in kansas city, but the tickets were a lot!

They was great!!!!! Too bad they didn't play every song they have, if you wasn't there......you missed a good show!!!
