I don't think that was condensation. Airplane thrust has got a lot of heat to it, it's not cold. I think that was essentially road spray from the thrust of the engines of the plane plus a bit from the wheels on the runway.
Yeah. I tried to videotape a UPS MD-11 taking off at about 10:30 one time, and it was too dark where I was, but it was fun to see it take off anyways.

That was definitely condensation. Just to clarify, I am talking about after it is off the ground climbing.
