i think it was a prison in the netherlands. if you research corrie ten boom it says she was held at scheveningen prison before being sent to vught and ravensbruck

@bigbrownfan12345 Hey. Scheveningen itself is an old fishers village. because the city of Den Haag was expanding it is now part of the municipality of den Haag. THere is a big prison located in Scheveningen which is still in use. Milosovic for example was held there during his trial. But Scheveningen nowadays is a beach resort with a nice pleasure/sailing and fishers harbor.

Scheveningen is full of some of the most direct and blunt Dutchies, lovely people!

Volledig mee eens! De boulevard is qua architecteur een samenraapsel van gebouwen zonder enige visie. Dat is gemeentepolitiek. Alleen het Kurhaus symboliseert hoe het oude karakteristieke Scheveningen ooit was met zijn unieke haven.
