Good choice of amp and speakers, I owned SF Grand Piano for 3 years and move up to Cremona M. The new SF is a different story, watch out that tweeter in those new speakers!

actually the cd player really matters ... btw you had a great idea to connect mc with sonus faber ,they sound so warm together . im not a fan of those loudspeakers but i listened to them long time ago in similar connection and i thing that u chose a good way . have fun

Who the F.... cares what player you're using - it's a 6900 - if you connect a door knob it would sound perfect, that's the beauty with any MaC !!!
