@funkyiceman I'm not saying you're a faker. It's just that I hear an extra strum in there that I don't see you play. I've used programs like Audacity to record multiple tracks to the same song. It doesn't mean I'm faking it, it just means I prefer to have every aspect of the song a higher quality. Seriously, there's songs on some albums that have over 100 tracks for different sections, different instruments, different vocals, etc. Over a year later, though, I still notice it.

@willquinn89 I have looked again and I can see why you might think it but I don't play with a plectrum- sometimes the strums have a 'slur' effect because more than one finger is involved in the downstroke (like a poor man's flamenco technique). Other than that all I can say is that if I was going to cut together an edit I would get rid of the flat notes from the singing rather than put an extra guitar strum in!

I've seen many covers of this song and while some of them were very good I don't think they managed to capture the emotive connotation that this song holds- which in my opinion is a lot.
