what brand is your water bottle? i'd like to get one. :-)

The brand is Zak Designs. I bought several of them at the Dollar Tree over a year ago. Perhaps you can find some online. I also bought a bottle at the end of summer last year from CVS Pharmacy. It's a similar style and size but the insulation seems to be better quality. The brand on that is California Innovations. I got it half price because it was the end of summer and a clearance item so you may also be able to find half off deals since the end of summer is near.

This is a very good video . It would be nice to have a site just for tips. The people who do not know a spinal cord injured person probably do not understand that with every different level of spinal cord injury that person will have different arm control from full to limited like yourself. I have just recently got high speed so I now enjoy looking at the videos about spinal cod injured. Keep it up.
