Hey, I saw that you had many pokemons on your line-up. Like, MewTwo, Groudon and Ho-Oh. But how do you get that many pokemons to just like.. Battle? I mean.. When i click on My Pokemon teams i only got Totodile.. And i catch like 3 another pokemons but couldnt get them to my team. How do i do?

Hey how do I catch pokemons? after I defeated all the trainers in the battle trainers area aka the gym leaders, elite four, champions, and teams I can't seem to catch any more pokemons? I unlocked the legendaries but when i press battle pokemon it doesn't show up, even for normal pokemons when i find them.
