jzspartan, is 5 9, American and can dunk easily. what do you mean white men can't jump? It's simply about the training individuals do to get their leg strength to be high enough to dunk. But for me, I just used the professional dunk program over at "50inch vertical (dot) com"

Still proud of the Celtics, they did great, even though everybody said that their 'championship window' was closed. They proved all the doubters wrong, and just needed one more win to shut everybody's mouth. We overcomed almost as much as you can overcome, and we even had the entire city of LA shaking in their pants in game 7. But congratulations to the L.A Lakers, especially Ron Artest, he did great in game 7, nice to see a player win their first championship whatever team their on. Go Celtics!
