  • 3 it's a videogame so who gives a shit in the end :D there my long opinion no hard feelings (awesome gameplay)

  • 2 how many players actually get to play those guys... doesn't hurt to get raped every once in a while.. i have been getting killed alot when i started.. And actually Phurion. Dutchy Kampy they don't say OMG look at my skillzzzz.. never heard or saw that.. And in reach they don't need to make 2nd accounts cause theres no trueskill. and in this game are you playing against players your skill? NO so why is it so bad if some other guy makes a montage out of it.. Your still killing them as bad

  • IMO deranking is even more a douchey move.. Halo 3 is now unplayable (ranked i mean) cause of the derankers.. and i believe there isn't anybody making new account's just to show off in bungie.net... I'm a 43 HS in lone wolves but jammed on 36 TS.. just today i played 2 games other one was 3v1 cause i had 2 derankers and other was 3v1 one guy quit and one deranked and i got a frenzy before i quit... so deranking sucks soo much ass

  • Screw MW3, I'm going back to MW2 and Halo Reach! w00t!!!

  • I always thought that Kampy was just really really good but now that u said that they do another account to pwn noobs, it makes me think differently. Other kampy subscribers should also watch this vid and nice gameplay!

  • @DelSamppa

Kampy claims to have only one account and there's no reason to doubt him. He's got over 60,000 kills on that account. I would need some reliable clear proof before I believe that he has an alternate.

  • @TheSuknat yeah i saw that his mythic or something in bungie.net but now that artaneius told about this issue..

  • @DelSamppa

Do understand that not ALL montage makers do this but most do. I just used Kampy as an example, I do know that Phurion, Sandman, and many others use second accounts to abuse the True-Skill system. You can easily tell by knowing their original gamertags and when they forget to edit out the score-board screen the gamertags are different. You can also easily tell by them wearing different armor sets in a variety of clips. Most people don't change armor that much.

  • @Artaneius i know that everybody doesnt do this. Kampy is just the only one i follow so i want to know if pwning noobs is why he's so good.

  • @DelSamppa

Well that's a yes and no question, if you watch even back as apex from halo 3 a lot of clips show him playing against guests and a lot of them aren't even trying to strafe. Look at my old montages its the same thing. However; being good in the first place allows you to pwn the noobs in such an extreme fashion. If you weren't good in the first place you couldn't destroy noobs that much.

  • @DelSamppa

And also understand that most of Kampy's clips are in Multi-Team and in Rumble Pit, both playlists that have little to no good players in them. Like I said in the video its one of the reasons why I mostly play Rumble Pit. Kampy is good, so am I, but we have little to no bragging rights because were both just owning lesser skilled players.

  • @Artaneius

Yeah he never hides the fact that most of his clips are from Multi Team and Rumble Pit, and he never really brags about owning noobs (his fans do it for him though) - he's actually a nice guy and happens to be incredible at Halo, especially with the sniper - I seriously doubt he would hide a second account if he had one - he says he only has one account and I believe him

  • @DelSamppa seriously.. Kampy has said that he destroyed noobs just all day in halo 3.. He said that he enjoys playing with noobs in reach too cause it takes "non chocking skill". He is still an amazing player... MLG FFA's in 2011 he went in 3 of them and finished 6th, 2nd and tied 1st so he is good. 1 thing in this video that lacks is when they wanna play objective and competetive they play MLG. And Kampy has made MLG montages owning Pistola and Heinz to name few..

  • i don't think it's ok even if you're getting paid to do it. i'd rather see a montage where someone gets something like a triple or overkill off of players at least at their skill level than a jaro off of people far worse

  • Also, I want to know how the hell you keep getting such retards to play in Rumble Pit. I play Rumble Pit almost exclusively now, I'm a Field Marshall, and I'm a lot worse than you are at the game and at Rumble Pit (1.53 k/d in Rumble Pit) and I consistently face experience players who know what they're doing and a lot of the time everyone's around my skill level or better ... WTF!? Do you just keep quitting games until some noobs come up or what??

  • @TheSuknat

Well, I haven't played Rumble Pit for about a week, only played a few games this past week, mostly in TS and TU playlst. I have noticed that the competition is much harder than it was before, but I still win a lot. The halo population has decreased dramatically since GOW 3. Probably all that's left now is the good players, all the casual gamers are gone.

  • @Artaneius

Yeah that's what I was thinking - it's rare to see real noobies anymore (unfortunately)

  • Kampy says he's got only one account and based on his stats for that account, there's no reason to doubt that ...he's a Mythic with 34,000 kills in Competitive multiplayer and 62,000 kills total in Matchmaking

I would have to see proof of his alternate accounts before I would believe that he has one

  • Its deffinetly not fair to do that to lesser skilled players, but if your getting payed for for the montage you make from doing so, while they do it for fun, then you have to make a living and they probly won't get stuck in the same match if they don't want to.

  • @ChaosHarbinger0

But there making money off of ruining other peoples fun. It's like if I got payed for running naked through a football field during a childrens football game. Sure they're playing for fun but I'm making profit at their expense.

  • It's pathetic to create new accounts specifically to create a montage off of the new/less skilled players

  • @WhimsicalPirate

It's not that hard to tell when someone is playing against noobs in a montage and they're actually not very good when everyone else sucks - the good ones are the ones where the player pulls off skillful shots and kills against people who actually know what they're doing

Also, I would never call anything someone does in a videogame "pathetic" - there's no rule against having multiple accounts, and that's fun for you and you have the money to do it, more power to you

  • wow i was so excited when i got an untouchable your just like, "ya whatever"

  • @PopTab

Didn't meant it to that context, its a good game. However; you just need to work on your commentary skills that all. Just because I can SHFFL in Melee and beat up everyone at ivy tech who plays the game doesn't mean I should think that the games are perfect. Always room to improve mate.

  • It is cheating, no matter what the reason! If you can't handle other players in your skill level: a) get better, or b) stop playing. It's as simple as that.

  • man you're lucky... every time i play rumble pit i get forced to play with, say, mythic-rank inclement weather using power-weapon whoring, strafing MLG assholes...

(I just don't think it's fair to strafe in non-competitive gametypes like rumble pit. save it for MLG and Arena)

  • @stix365

    That's retarded

Strafing is pretty basic as far as strategies go in FPS games, especially Halo ... saying it's not fair to strafe in any shoot-out in Halo is like saying it's not fair to use power weapons at all or it's not fair to use cover in Gears of War

  • @TheSuknat it just plain ruins the game for me when people do it to me. and i disagree with the idea that its BASIC because it takes a lot of skill to strafe. i think it s plain unfair to casual players like me. i'm sorry, i respect people who can do it, but thats just my opinion.

  • @stix365

    basic =/= easy

strafing is moving back and forth to make yourself a more difficult target for your opponent to hit when you're shooting 1-on-1 and it's a very basic concept - whether it takes skill has nothing to do with the fact that it is BASIC strategy for online shooters

Reach has gametypes like SWAT, Living Dead, Objectives, and Firefight for casual players - I'm not saying Rumble Pit is hardcore, but being annoyed by players who strafe in deathmatch is just plain stupid

  • @TheSuknat ... the hell? you're saying it's stupid to be annoyed by something? i can't help what i find annoying! i feel what i feel! D:<

  • @stix365

Thats my fault. I meant to say it was stupid to consider strafing unfair in Rumble Pit. You can be annoyed by whatever you want lol

  • @TheSuknat ahhh, okay. i get it

  • you are quite good but you boost your kill death ratio and you camp like a bitch

  • Good fucking games, wish I was half the player you are.
