From what I've read on wikipedia S.T.A.L.K.E.R. contains creatures that are will only be enabled through game modification. I don't know if the zombies are as such, but if they are I'm sure you could find a way to enable them.

@Forgefire5 They are. Sort of. There are STALKER Zombies that are actually in-game. They will actually shoot at you (yes, zombies with guns) albeit extremely inaccurately. They fire assault rifles with one arm. The disabled zombies were civilian zombies and will actually melee attack you as they don't have guns, so really ARE undead instead of just brain-dead.
