The constitution does not say we only do a head count! Enumeration has two meanings. First is "count", Second is "to list". The first census listed the head of household along with the number of people in different age groups m/f. In 1850 congress began asking for a list of names of each person in the home. Until the Supreme Court declares anything more than a head count to be unconstitutional then we must abide by the lower courts decisions, wouldn't you agree?

expanding on your thoughts, rather than short snippets bites, can give the reader of these comments, a better understanding of your point of view... and if it has truth behind it, then some may even adopt the point of view you have. other than that, it just says that you disagree w/ him and name calling is used.

@researchris2 I heard him say today that Net Neutrality could be coming to you. That is some Orwellian DoubleSpeak. What Fox wants is no government in their way so they can control everything. Just cause the FDA is not in the constitution doesn't mean it shouldn't exist. You know what would happen if they did away with that completely? Hah. They'd really fuck us. I just heard on Rush Limbaugh's radio show some lady came on and stated to the effect that Article 1 Section 5 of the US Constitution specifically says "the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal" and that this provision being specific whereas the part in the same section says "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings" is general and trumps the general. "Shall" also Trumps "May".
