  • Would be interesting to compare the kickstart power versus the bleed time power.

  • IS there a capacitor in the circuit? Fun stuff...

  • good

  • Five Stars. Thanks for sharing. Tec

  • What's with that loose wire that you connect just after removing the battery?

  • You should try expanding the time constant. There are 5 time constants from 0% to 100% charge or reversed. Resistance times Capacitance equals one time constant. I would say that it lasting forever would be impossible but making it last longer would be easily possible. I would like to see the schematic if you wouldn't mind, I would like to attempt to make it last much longer.

  • what is the power coeffieient on this / how much power in the cap originally?

  • 1000 uf cap, lasts for 39 minutes.

  • do you have the skematics to show me how to build one & the supplies i need for the project.

Man if this is free energy; i'd use it for a heater to heat up my home FOR FREE!

  • Yes!!!, I can see the pieces of the puzzle being discovered one by one.

  • Would you be willing to share your schematic todate for a student project for next semester?

I am doing some legwork to find a project that could be built in 2 weeks full time. Would the plans and parts be readily obtainable within the next week or so?

    GREAT work!

    David

  • @ David

The oscillator parts are readily available from Radio Shack.

The build plans are very public. Come to overunity dotcom and go to the Steven Mark's Board. In that board you will find a thread entitled "Self Running Micro TPU, with closed loop". Start on page one and you will see the initial circuit. Continue to read and you will see my many modifications. All experimenters are welcome. I am still at 39 minutes, but continue to experiment every day.

    Holiday Cheers,

    Bruce

  • Thanks for the quick reply ... and info. I'll zip over there right now and start to read. See you there.

    Shalom,

    David

  • I have made some more modifications to this circuit. I now have increased my time to 38 minutes and 52 seconds. The interaction of the coil is everything. I have since added another coil, different type, to increase the time. I am continuing to work on this. :)

  • Hello Bruce:

You have done a wonderful job !!!

    5 BIG STARS !!!

  • What is the runningtime if the nr of leds are increased to lets say double?

Maybe the batterycharge from the kickstart is doing all the work.

Fill the cap up completely so you know how much energy it contains. Calculate how much energy the circuit should have to consume. Then you can calculate runningtime.

    Start it and measure time.

  • another small step

  • nice
