The reason why people act the way they do in Pittsburgh is because in particular "hood" people feel under represented. When you think the east coast, you dont think Pittsburgh. So there left to feel isolated and thus distrustful of outsiders. Its the politics of Pittsburgh. The city doesnt want to be known for anything except labor.
