XBMC install from nitoTV Step by Step Guide On Apple TV 2

@xctechs but its been not installing for a few days. even when i try to install it from my imac with the terminal or thru apple tv's maintenance section. anyone else having this issue?

HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did this tutorial a while ago....about a week after the tethered 4.4.4 jailbreak came out and it installed smoothly. Today I installed the new untethered jailbreak 4.4.4 and tried to do this and it refuses to install! FUCK! the last line it gives me is:

E: Couldn't find package org.xbmc.xbmv-atv2

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

@wwekidcj there is a problem with XBMC DNS problem which means they are moving to bigger server it just matter of time

Hi XC Techs, thanks for your vids, I'd be lost in AppleTV wilderness without them.I have a problem with XBMC I hope you can help.I installed TV Flash black on my AppleTV2 4.4.3

and installed the usual things from the maintenance files, Couch surfer,Mediaplayer,Nito etc then installed XBMC thru Nito TV.However, everytime I try to play anything in xbmc it goes straight into DFU mode. Do I need to install something in Maintenance to resolve this or install the 'Nightly' files ??? thanks again.

i Did do exactly what you said except instead of going to UpdateBeGone i went to XBMC-ATV2 and the second time i opened it up it crashed and did not show any thing only audio. i had to re jailbreak the ATV2 to fix it and after that i did not install XBMC can you please tell me how to prevent this.

i was getting an error message that the package couldnt be found but i restarted and it worked

i did the install software (nitotv) says its successful but i don't see XBMC on my list of options what did i do wrong?

@Guido8672 I would take the power cord out for 10 seconds and hook it back up once the Apple TV 2 powers back up you'll see the nitoTV, then go inside nitoTV and find XBMC install it then you need to power down and power up again it will work and you'll see the XBMC

@MORICHELLIMICHAEL you need to jailbreak with Seas0nPass 4.3 that way it will fix all your issues
