a far better method the patrol boat should not be too close to a fish boat. Especially it have better control and much faster speed.

Enough with these claims of what island belongs to which country because of certain historical documents. The problem here is what the chinese ship actually did. You can hardly say it's a good way to start banging your ship into others. With the tiniest common sense i believe anyone could have come up with a far better method.

Talking about historical documents & evidences, China has nothing at all to claim ownership of Truong Sa, Hoang Sa islands of Vietnam; yet your country invaded our islands on 1974 and claim that they are yours.

Many documents can prove China own Diaoyu Island from 15th century.

In Qing Dynasty Japan started invade China, in 1895 a Japanese cliamed this is a newly discovered Island (what Japan said international law started)

US control the island after WWII.

In 1969 UN discovered natural resources in the area. Since US think Japan is their guard dog in Asia. In 1969 US said they will give the islands to Japan in 1972.

Chinese student in US started the first campaign to protect the island in 1971
