I have driven this pass from Klosters in Switz. Always amazing and forget the negative remarks previous to this. Do it yourself and then will you shut up!!!!

This shows everything that is wrong with the Stelvio: buses, knobheads in cars who have to go on the wrong side of the road to get round corners.... leave it to the bikers. Four wheels + Stelvio = problems
The Stilfserjoch (Passo del Stelvio in 'talian) is perhaps the world's most amazing pass road. Nothing can ever beat its narrow Spitzkehren (hairpin turns), the elevation and the scenery! When you drive it on the east side you have a brilliant view onto Tyrol's highest mountain, the "König Ortler".
