My family was very poor, and I severely broke my leg in football, an hour later I woke up in the hospital with a cast on and some ice cream.If it was the free market,I would have either been still laying on that field with a broken leg, or in a hospital with a $20,000 bill. Universal healthcare will crush the economy, France for example subsidizes it's healthcare through the free market, all the problems we see in Europe and in the US are mostly due to the welfare state and mismanagement from gov't. In this case, the drug market. You can't blame criminals for acting outside of the law (that's what they do), but you can blame government for criminalising individualistic behaviour, such as engaging in the trade or production of drugs. The logical laws of liberty don't create or amplify violence.

When you select one over another, there is conflict. History tells us that the only exception to this rule is the aftermath of war or a great disaster of some kind, in which humans truly help each other in order to survive. Once survival needs are met, you can bet on conflict once again - which is why goverments rule us
