What Jillian said about young girls is so true. These young women are like little princesses that always need saving. They have no strength or self-worth. Thank you Tblaus.. I have been working out with more enthusiasm after watching this.. I never used to go beyond 6 miles per hour on the treadmill.. Today, for the first time in my life.. i ran at 7m/hr..

I am watching these episodes again .. I thought it has been an year since I have last watched them.. but this previous comment of mine was a shocker.. just 6 months earlier.. I could not run at 7 m/hr.. but these days i can run at 8 or 8.5 m/hr

And oh yeah.. I also lost 25 pounds since then..

And.. i am getting married on Feb 16th, 2010 :)
