Uno's is fine, but if you want better Deep Dish, got to Leona's, Gino's, or my favorite Giordano's. So for those of you who never had one before, it's not all bread. The side crust is high so that the food will stay in place while cooking. But under the sauce is layers and layers of cheese and other stuff like sausage, onions, what have you.
