Well here's the thing I dont understand about RA3.

1. Just use the god-damn time machine again and go before that stupid guy kill Einstein.

2. WHAT? Kill Einstein and the machinery and stuffs are more awesome? Seriously?

3. Obviously EA don't understand space time continuum. How can they go back to the future when Einstein is killed and the whole space time is destroyed? What makes the future have the same time machine for them to come back to?

@CannedLava With respect, the Red Alert games are not true sequels. Additionally, the Allies had developed the Chronosphere without Einstein in Ra3. It just took them longer.

Time traveling in stories is never thought through that well, it's usually best to just... roll with it. Hard to take anything seriously when time travel is involved.

@Kleye1124 I guess I'm just nostalgic for Westwood's non "WTFWHARGARBLE" story cutscenes.

Westwood had timetravel as a way to say "What if there was no world war 2?" whereas Red alert 3 comes off as "How can we shovel in a third race and a new war to win?"

I hate the story in this game. Step 1. Go back in time. Step 2. Remove Einstein from the timeline. Step 3. ??? Step 4. Terrorists win. Ignoring that Einstein made the chronosphere yet somehow with him removed the allies still have the chronosphere. 1946 Einstein removes hitler from the timeline leading to no world war 2 so the USSR gains strength. Red alert 1. Going back in time to 1927 and removing Einstein should have prevented the removal of hitler. Therefore no Red alert 1, 2 or 3. WTF EA
