@TOSHOKU if your trained properly to dive headfirst from that height its possible, however it would break most peoples wrists due to the impact on your hands (hands are used to break the water first and protect you head from the the impact). so its definitely possible, but wrists are weaker than ankles thus why basically everyone goes feet first
