Nice vid and great help to others that need it, but the other upgraded performance head studs are called ARP.

I take it a torque wrench is essential to putting the head back together? or not?

I don't think I'm wrong when i say that you aren't supposed to jerk the torque wrench when you are torquing....its supposed to be just smooth because you can get a false torque with jerking
