Well if it doesnt have vitamin C then its fine. So stuff like coke, pepsi, mountain dew, sprite is all fine. It has to have the vitamin c mixed with the sodium benzoate to be harmful.

@PlayDohz06: If your diet contains any fruit or juice or other healthy foods, your blood stream and stomach will naturally contain vitamin C. The problem is that preservatives like sodium benzoate, benzoic acid, and potassium benzoate combine with vitamin C to make an aggressive carcinogen. Whether or not the product contains both is not the point. These products (that are heavily marketed to children) need to find a better preservative, period, or face widespread bans and boycotts!
