Mayweather is overrated. He's automatically the best p4p for sucker punching Ortiz and going to jail. PACman overrated is like saying George foreman is overrated. Pacquiao isn't well known in New Jersey, New York and the northern states at all like Minnesota.
Khan is good, i'm a fan... but his mentality is a letdown at times.. and he has 2 major flaws in his style and skillset - that bieng defence and power. He need one of the other.. When people get close to him he has no defence to protect himself and has no power to make people wary of getting close to him.. The reason people pay him so much respect is because he said classical martial artists (karate, gung/kung fu, taekwando) don't train realisticly, i.e. they don't spar like in boxing. Just before his death Bruce incorporated a lot of western boxing and muay thai with wrestling and judo (the mixed martial arts cocept...learn to fight in all areas well). Bruce was way ahead of his time. He knew what worked best.

Mayweather is overrated. He's automatically the best p4p for sucker punching Ortiz and going to jail. PACman overrated is like saying George foreman is overrated. Pacquiao isn't well known in New Jersey, New York and the northern states at all like Minnesota.

Khan is good, i'm a fan... but his mentality is a letdown at times.. and he has 2 major flaws in his style and skillset - that bieng defence and power. He need one of the other.. When people get close to him he has no defence to protect himself and has no power to make people wary of getting close to him.. It's frustrating to see him on the ropes trying to use a mayweather style shoulder defence but failing.

No disrespect but the most overrated fighter of all time has to be Bruce Lee, he did martial arts and was successful at putting karate in cinema but by no means was he a great fighter.... I don't know why people think he was one of the greatest fighters .... Who did he beat

@1IImrxII1 - 1st off, Bruce Lee trained in Gungfu (similar to kungfu), and not karate. The reason people pay him so much respect is because he said classical martial artists (karate, gung/kung fu, taekwando) don't train realisticly, i.e. they don't spar like in boxing. Just before his death Bruce incorporated a lot of western boxing and muay thai with wrestling and judo (the mixed martial arts cocept...learn to fight in all areas well). Bruce was way ahead of his time. He knew what worked best.

Although Mayweather is a defensive master I'd still say he's overrated. Due to the fact that he hasn't fought an elite fighter to prove all of those skills against in an even matchup. Know what RJJ could do, against Toney. Know what Whitaker could do, against Chavez. IThe best opponent Mayweather's fought has been Corrales RIP who isn't even a HOF fighter with all due respect to him. & he should have dominated an older Oscar really. Maybe the Pacquiao happens. Vernon Forrest would have been good

@KASHLAMDA you know that's nice and all, but if you haven't noticed most boxers are NOT in their prime anymore once they 30, with exceptions like Manny, Hopkins, Floyd, and some others. Barrera by the time he fought Pacquiao had been through grueling wars (mexican style) also.
And why post the Whitaker stuff? I did say he's a great, but my point was that the JCC fight proves nothing as JCC was over the hill when they fight and still Sweet Pea resorted to dirty tactics.

Moretti is the same judge that scored for Sugar Ray Leonard when he fought Hagler. Hagler was the defending champion, he chased Leonard around, most of SRL's punches hit Hagler's arms/shoulders, he threw way more, but he "ran", Hagler corned him a lot etc. Yet he gave Leonard the fight by two rounds.

Is not fighting is more of a creating ur own rhythm feel the the opponent out cause fighters usually have a rhythm & usually don't start fast but ones figures u out is very hard to disrupt a fighter once the figure ur distance out,SWIM WITHOUT GETTING WET fighters will have to take more risk engage more so even if u don't start fast u could figure an opponent faster just for the fact tha u start engaging every time SMARTLY WILL WORK
