The Canes hadn't been ranked in 2 years and we took care of that the first time they were. When GA Tech beat Miami in 2005 and people realized that they couldn't hang in a solid conference it was over from there. They will be back, but it's not the Big East. Any decent team would go undefeated and win 5 national titles in the Big East. I know it's frustrating when you argue with people that use facts. See you next year.
my friend, miami won 4 of those national titles when they were independent.when they were beating teams like oklahoma,michigan,florida,notre dame and nebraska.georgia tech is a very solid team,but they will never compete for a national title because they won't be able to recruit the same caliber talent that miami and fsu does year in and year out.the only reason miami has been in the gutter for the last 5 years in because of poor recruiting classes due in large part to a lame duck coach(coker).
i realize that and i commented that i visted a sports site and they had the wrong info and i apologized for it.i know titles are titles but they don't exactly win them every couple of years.

yea gt can be a pretty good team occasionally, and you're right, the U does have 5 rings and they've all come in the last 3 decades, gt however, hasn't had a championship to theirselves in almost 100 years, 1917 to be exact, so yea i'd say they're ALWAYS the underdog lol
