my balls to the wall pace for the mile is 5:15...thats 35 seconds slower for his 18 mile tempo...FML

actually thats not that fast considering a normal cross country runner runs a 5k which is 3.1 miles in 18:00 minutes which is a 6 minute mile pace and he is running a 10k which is 6.2 miles at a 5:10 pace so it is pretty slow considering that to win states in track you have to run around a 4:00 minute mile
