nice sump what are the specs of your baffles

@davido523 Thanx! The wall thickness is 1/4" thick and they are 9"-1/2" high. I used a 1/4" bit to machine the grate slots and they are 2". I finger the waterline will be approx 8"-1/2" to 9" high. Checkout the 2nd video and you can see how I machined the grate. I should have a third video ready soon. This video will show everything ready for silcone. I also had to adjust my spacing of the walls to accommodate the heater Stay tuned too see more DJ

looking good, am doing the same size sump, am waiting for my skimmer to come in, I went with the swc 150, it should be here tomorrow so am hoping maybe this week I can mess with it but Ill be out of town until saturday so ill be tire sunday and not do anything but am ready to setup already, keep them coming

Thanx's J! I've watched alot of your video's and they are great too! I'll make sure to watch your refug videos again. I was thinking about making a probe holder for the first stage wall. What do you think? Should I add it too. The plexiglass is tricky to machine so I'll make a video on just on how I'm going to machine the slots. I'm using an 10 year old apple imac with imovie & garageband... I'm just an old school DJ LOL.. I need a new computer and camera.. Its all good Old School Baby!! DJ

Very nice Video as always. I definitely love the custom work behind this venture and you are an asset to the reef community. Take a look at my refugium videos to see if they can spark anymore ideas. Its a walk through of all the stages from beginning to end. I do hope the take comes to life soon. I love the way your videos are edited also, what program are you using if you do not mind me asking? @djdoggiedog - I have several project to finalize prior to starting my next system. I have work, a kitchen remodel at my mom's and several projects around my house. I have not had time to concentrate on the next build. lol. Heck, I still have the 72g to break down. lol. I will keep you posted.
