1100 Block Centre Street, Freeland - Structure Fire

I was there, I helped get all the people out of the houses, there was black smoke covering the entire area cause it was a bit windy that night...I lived in the apartment complex below, and that was the only spot where they could find a working water supply! We lead them to it...This first had to be on purpose, I'm not fire expert but it started burning FAST and VERY HOT...
