So sad to see a once great choir come to this. The direction is severely lacking and the notes are neither accurate or clear in tone. Anyone who experienced the choir in full force in the 60s and 70s under the direction of Kelvin Thomas (I think), sweeping all who came before them in competition, must be left weeping. Does anyone have old footage of BBC 'Let the People Sing' (national choral competition which this choir won) ?
