the gun looks to be a flint lock and the handle dont look right and at best been replaced as for barral my have been drilled out ,,the condition is yggggg but still a great display item,,conversation piece,,,i have owned many real ones,,that would be a 50 caliber size,,,,,

Would not have gave 10 bucks, but the frog is way cool! The pistol due to thin barrel is I think some kind of blunderbuss, shotgun or scatter gun. The barrel is not thick enough to support firing a single projectile.

@terminal99 lol i know what the gun is. its a swedish one its called (muskötdunder m/59 sjömansmusköt) its made in the early 1800s. its a very normal one. its worth about 100 dollars.

Hi Will. Well done on reaching 100 . Your a real inspiration to me.Watching your video's started me on my picking adventure. The gun looks old to me too. The handle is made from rippled burl walnut root. So this tells me its worth a few bucks.There's a flint lock dealer in brighton , england. Might be worth emailing some pictures over, not sure of the name. Hope you find out more about it.

Bachrachs (pron. Back-racks) is where my grandmother worked in the 40's and 50's. It was a photography studio in watertown, or boston, mass not sure if it was a chain or not. Lots of neat finds will, looking forward to more info on the gun. Congrats on 100 videos!
