Is there much difference between the CFM of the S-FLEX SFF21F 1600 RPM fan and the Gentle Typhoon AP-15 fan when mounted to a radiator? To bad there's no CFM rating for the S-FLEX SFF21F!

ive heard great things about this one... if this is designed for heatsinks i guess that explains the poor cfm readings from a distance? how would putting this on a heatsink compare to say a scythe 3000 at max

I think this fan is actually easier to listen to, less fatiguing, than the quieter Noiseblocker. Not as expensive as the Noiseblocker either.
