Yeah, these guys will say it's just a wiffle ball.. but it does take skill to toss one with control into a 17"x 30" strike zone. Mastering the wiffle drop ball is truly an art form, it's different than a 5 oz baseball for sure, but it takes decent arm ability. I think my riser is 72-73 and my fastball/slider 75-77. Keep it up, wiffle rules!

please stop throwing your hardest like that. I am 15 years old and all i did all last summer was practice throwing curveballs and increasing my velocity so i would make varisty freshamn year. By the beginning of freshamn year i was throwing 84 mph and had a nasty curveball and slider. By the end of freshman year i had to get tommy john surgery. ruined my whole baseball career. Hurts like a bitch too. Please think be4 you do stupid stuff like you did in this video
