Hadn't this guy ever flown first or business class? You get warm chocolate chip cookies and often a free cocktail. Maybe the pilots ate the freebies. In fact, first and business class aren't the only places on a plane where you can get cookies. See, airlines order plenty of extras because passengers turn them down or some may break. So those extras get passed out to coach passengers. Doesn't happen that often, and they don't heat them up, but you sometimes get cookies in coach too.
