  • I know that many people work hard and don't have time to eat 6 meals so they need to use protein shakes but i prefer the 6 meals a day plan.

  • I been taking on's gold standard whey for 2 months now. At first the product was working pretty good at helping me become more lean and muscular but as weeks went by I got smaller in size. Before this I used monster milk and I would get bigger than I have ever been. Should I switch back to monster milk? I know On's gold standard is a great product but maybe it just doesnt work for me as it does for you guys.

  • @aznprince1989 Whey is more of a Mass protein, so you would have to eat right with it and take around 3 shakes a day

  • Im from norway and ordered this from the US and A. Deliciuos Strawberry and the powder was pink. And then I bought one in Norway, same taste, but the powder was white. First when I mixed it with water it became pink. The boxes also are not 100% alike. Think maybe its fake?

  • A Texas U. study says 30 grams at a time is good.............. over 30 grams and you end up shitting the extra out.

    The amino acids are absorbed through the small intestine's lining and enter the blood stream.

I was totally sold on Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Standard Whey protein until he said "If you wannna get big", this guy is really big and strong and I want to lose weight, my goal is to burn fat and get thinner not bigger! Oh well too bad, I heard this is one of the best protein on the market but i'm not looking to bulk up

  • @bethal1998 You can still lose weight while taking whey. Use it after your cadio workout.

  • protein is good also for definition. it will boost your muscle growth which will increase your metabolism. higher metabolism = higher caloring burning

  • one rounded scoop it comes in the bottle or bag if u get the 16 varraity pack there allredy prepackedged. Its not really a vitiman.

  • Hey guys thanks for writing in! I love the 100% whey and still use it quite a bit. However, as of late I have been using our brand new protein, Platinum Hydrowhey, which is actually 100 pure whey isolate..hydrolyzed whey isolate I might add. There is nothing as pure as this protein on earth at this time and the taste rocks! I recommend anyone trying to add size or diet to try it you will not be let down.

  • @billubakra007 Pre.Workout, Post-Workout, whenever you wanna replace a meal.

    Post workout is mandatory.

    It will help you a lot, but remember to eat well, sleep well, and train hard!

  • No, its NOT pure Isolate, its a blend with concentrate and some other fast acting isolate peptides. I imagine it would be available in the UK, no reason why it wouldnt

  • yes sir and you would want to mix this with a simple carb source such as dextrose and maltodextrin.

  • I believe soo. because muscle milk you have to keep taking to keep the results up and it makes you have water weight because it boosts your naturally ability to produce Creatine to the max which can make you have man boobs. . which is not cool! I like this one better, but the all natural kind. this one has fake sugar and artificial stuff in it which is also super bad for you. I hope I helped you :)

  • You should be taking about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (throughout the day). Two scoops is 48 grams... you're pretty light so I would suggest a half scoop prior to your workout and 1-1.5 after..

  • No it doesn't have Aspartame but Sucralose. Just a very very small amount
