Re your mentioning weight loss etc.... check out two books: "Wheat Belly" by William Davis, MD and "Primal Bueprint" by Mark Sisson (a trainer in Malibu). Basically, to lose weight EASILY - CUT OUT CARBS especially those with GLUTEN! I lost ten pounds in six weeks doing that - I am 6ft, 1/2 in (196 cm tall), 58 yrs old, went from 225 to 215 lbs. Still need to get to 200lbs. GOOD LUCK!!

FALSCH keine Blaue Maurizius auch wenn das echt cool wäre... ein kinderkoch/partybuch zum thema halloween mit ganz viel rezepten und ideen :D Das ist so cool... Wienerwürstchen anschneiden und mit Mandeln (fingernägeln) versehen => Abgeschnittene Finger... lauter so lustige sachen :)
