@MusicalQueen999 he's not painting mate,it is red because he is using Quick Mask Tool,you can use it to create a selection :D,or do it the easy way

create a new layer

paint over her hair with a white coloured brush,set the mode to Overlay

go to image>adjustments>hue and saturation,check colorize and choose your desired color,though i reccomend to desaturate the hair first

how did you let the magic wand tool to trace around the hair because when i do it just does several pieces not the full size

I did as instructed on the tutorial, but for some reason you can see the edges from where i painted it on. Also when i painted on with Q it was a bit darker color than yours, help me please!

@danmeister89 Use the opacity for dark and brightness. And the edges. Use the blur tool. It's the tear looking like thing.

I think you didn't used magic wand on painted hair, when you painted all hairs you need to use magic wand tool on it, if you did then dont know really :S

Maybe beacuse you didnt press shift +ctrl+i or inverse.

When u ahve selected the ahri go to select and then inverse, maybe that will work:)
