i love the R CARS but when i read autocar they said the best 0-60 time they could get of the R was 6.3 to 60 and 15.9 to 100mph but hey i still love em

yeah, the 18in pegasus wheels look great but 19s would be perfect. It would look awesome in ice white with black leather. I really wish the R series hadnt been discontinued, because Im sure by now they would have incorperated a double clutch paddle shift gearbox.
Ya I hope so:) I like the style of the new v70 and Im sure the s60 will follow pretty nearly the same design path. They just better ressurrect the R model for each:)
well i dont think they're gonna make the s60 look like the v70, cause then it'd be an s80! so idk what theyre gonna do about the v70, personally i feel they aren't gonna make an r version for the v70..maybe the v50 or whatver its called. but, only time will tell.
Sounds great. I really like the sound of manual Volvo 5's. My automatic has a whiny sound to it that make's it sound like it doesn't want to rev. The manual 5's have a nice "growl" to them:)
For 300bhp these hardly look any faster than the T5.

though in finland there was one on sale which made 0-60 mp/h in 4,5 seconds, though it had some chances under hood :)

I love the R's. I convinced my mom to buy one and she fell in love with it too. Its a black 05 with the Atacama interior:)

mhm, but i think they did that to save money. and cause the s60 needed change so i believe the NEW 2010 s60 will be available in an r version :D

it is a manual version... you can see that when you look under the revs in the display... there is no D....
