You can't summon more than a monster, the mode showed on the video is just a card profile demo, where you can summon whatever you want, it's used to recognize those cards you have active on your deck.

This technology is not even invented yet and when it is, will probably cost more money than you have in your pockets. Support eye-toy which is an average-cost widely used technology and its as close-to a holographic experience as you can you can get with 400$ (PS3+EyeToy+Game)
