@Aku666Torres Chill out. I never intentionally bash anyones gear, but there is an obvious difference in various grades and price ranges of equipment. If it makes you feel any better, I also have a cheap Epiphone under $300 and a Line 6 75 Watt Spider. I couldn't even afford the stuff I own now until about 10 yrs ago. As long as it stays in tune and sounds good to you then rock on. I've been listening to Lynch for a long time and I respect his style, ability and gear.
@MrRoger1969 my apologies dude, didn't mean to fly off the bat like that. But your comment is well put. I own some USA Fenders, my favorite being a custom vintage white w maple neck Fender. True, better equipment, better tones, but smaller amp more convenient. I think Epiphones are great, in fact whatever u rock to as long as you are happy! Rock on :)
@Aku666Torres Peavy? Combined with your $99.00 Squier II Strat no doubt. Your ear is probably not even trained enough to appreciate the difference between solid state and tubes tones. Thanks for the money saving tip lol...
@Aku666Torres Yeah I do know something about them. As for your Affinity Strat - give me a break! You get what you pay for, & I'd put my Gibson Les Paul with my Marshall Tube amp up against your stuff any day. You will NEVER get the same quality of tones with your equipment as I do with mine. I'm not saying it's bad for beginners, but it's not the same. Otherwise Kirk Hammett, Steve Vai etc would be saving their cash & opting for a $350 guitar/amp package like yours over their $5000 + setups.
This thing is so awesome and SO IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!! If someone knows somewhere on the web that is selling these things, besides their website where you need to call them and such, holler.
Cool pedal sounded pretty cool. Probably helps how good that amp sounded in the first place lol... I'm still not too into using distortions... I like the amp itself for that. and Wow that braddyboy82... haha Everyone has influence and I think everyone has stolen licks from another guitarist. Hopefully not everything they do is a stolen lick :S He just needs to get over himself probably some 10 year old kid who started a year ago lol.
easy for you to say asshole!! the very distinct riff george plays at 3:29 is my fretwork and is my lick that i played all the time back when george was still studying my work
@davidcoolkid15 You just keep pulling on and off with your left hand, in the 2nd and 4th fret for example, while you slide your right hand over the same string... you'll get different harmonics there...
These units are expensive, but they are worth it. They sound fantastic. I was doubtful with the skull gimmick, but they actually fucking rock. Very pristine and lush distortion tone. And its versatile. Its like having 4 pedals in one. Pain in the ass on a pedalboard because of the shape. But they look cool. He should really offer a standard MXR sized box housing with a cool logo on it. People would still buy it because it sounds great!!!
what's that? a booster? an overdrive? distorsion pedal with a booster?

I wonder how much guitarists like George get paid to plug these products.

The pedal does sound awesome, but don't forget that Lynch would still sound like that no matter what he was playing through.
The pedal isn't going to magically make you sound like George.

george lynch didnt only steal my riffs and my licks but he also stole my blueprints for the skullcrusher which i invented

Why is George wearing those gloves with the cut-out fingers? Seems kind of pointless to me. Otherwise, his playing is solid as ever.
