Mushrooms and acid aren't like worlds apart. You've probably been misinformed, in the wrong setting, with crappy people, etc. Salvia is quite dysphoric. LSD is more clear-minded than mushrooms, so really you should have a scarier time on shrooms. Again, this leads me to believe you probably have friends who misinformed you about it.
