Rubbish multiplayer, i won a couple of matches and then ps3 froze, when i came back on the points which i had disapeared = waste of time, happens every time and got kicked for killing 2 people in a match :I i like the graphics but multiplayer annoying :(

Great mp? Care to explain? cod4 Short range fight: look in general direction of enemy and hold fire. co4 long range: look down gun sites and hold fire. In between its just random running around the map. Almost no skill or tactics involved. Normally its just down to who uses the best/cheapest perks. And before you say, turning them off just turns it into another fps.

holding the fire button down? are you crazy? in long range the recoil makes your miss like crazy, short range you shouldn't even use your gun, just whip out your knife, medium range holding the firebutton down without the gunsights, it isn't down to perks, i've won plenty against people without perk abuse. MP is fun, i've only played a little of farcry's MP, it's alright, with the upgrade systems, but everyone has way too much life =/

wait... have you even played cod4? What form of skill is involved when you use the knife? Take the RPD for example, stick on a foregrip and use stopping power and viola, a full auto sniper rifle.

trust me when you hold the fire button the aim sights move, they don't stay in the same place, even if you customize your weapon. The spray rate of a machine gun won't be effective as a sniper rifle at long range. I haven't had the chance to play Team Fortress 2

i usually dont like it when producers focus just on the graphics, but this is immersion, the world is dynamic and reacts to other things.

not ONLY does it look good, but the effects make you feel immersed in this realistic world.

this game is going to own, this is so much better than the 1st far cry (although the original was fantastic for its time too)

The map file will most likely be split up and compressed. They don't save the map file as-it-is and put it on a dvd.

And yes, the 360 will handle the game. Both Ps3 and 360 is capable of running the game. But it will be dumbed down on both ps3 and 360.

Dude wtf.. Consoles are made of the same things as PC's.. Get it right. Pc's will always look better. Console gamers are in a different league to pc users/gamers. Pcs are completely customizable. Consoles come standard, and always will be standard until the next comes on. Hard drives dont count. Neither do OS's. Pc's gfx cards are 100x better than 360's and 50x better than the ps3's. But stand alone gameplay is and will always be perfect on a console. Not graphics. Im talking FPS.

Well for the pc, it will have more plants and Objects will cast shadows, better softer shadows, the particle effects will be a lot *more*, Physics will be Better, Higher res textures, and better Shaded Materials, And Others.. All this won't be available to the consoles due to lack of memory.. But I'm sure if they had it, it would be there.

as a game, crysis and far cry 2 look very different. however, the comparison is made so much because they both are big technical achievements. I think that far cry 2 will have more detail, but crysis came out about a year before far cry 2 will come out, so its not really a fair comparison.
