to find sunkern and other johto pokemon beat the elite four and you will get the national dex then go to the safari zone and there will be a new part. and you can catch pinsir if you have the acro bike just go up the slope in the safari zone and to get herracross use an acro bike go to the white bridge and press b+up at the end then go in the grass and you can find a herracross. (note:they are very rare especially herracross)
