Yeah, but Julianne and Derek's jive to Great Balls of Fire is like the best dance ever, these two can really Jive, i think its just they do really difficult choreorgraphy that their partners have hard time picking up. I love to see Julianne and Mark jive.
i was verrrry pleasantly surprised the jitterbugs were FANTASTIC!!! i think cody and juliannes was better than brookes though... dont get me wrong i love brooke and derek but julianne and cody really performed the jitterbug and all those tricks were perfect!
I'm glad someone else noticed that. Same with Derek. Both his jive's have only gotten 24s. Julianne's have been 23,24,25. Kinda worried about Cody's on Monday.
yeah ditto... though, julianne seems to think that the jive will be a good one for cody because of all his energy?? so lets hope her jive curse is gone this year! i suppose though too that the reason helios second one wasnt high scored was because he made mistakes.. so maybe that wasnt a julianne thing? haha
I've noticed that, too. Julianne's jive with Apolo was kinda boring, this one with helio is just okay compared to her other dances, and the one with cody was boring. Julianne dances the jive beautifully, but I think something is off with the choreography.
i actually thought it deserved like a 22 or 23... yeah it fizzled a bit at the end, but for the most part it was a good / entertaining jive?? hmmm the jittberbug this week will be verrrrry interesting... ha hopefully not a kiss of death for cody or brooke!

I thought they did great. I couldn't believe they scored lower than Jane, i mean i feel bad for Jane and everything and it sucks that her mom died, but i didnt like her dance at all i think the judges felt sorry for her. That sounds mean but its true

Sabrina is this season's ringer -- someone with far more dance training and experience than any of the other celebs. Except for Drew Lachey, no ringer has won, and I don't expect her to win, either. Viewers enjoy watching someone LEARN to dance.
I don't get why they scored lower than everybody else. Also, I didn't think many of the other dances were on this level or the level of Sabrina's dance. Jennie's wasn't as good. Jane's (and I know her Mom died and it was admirable she danced anyway) wasn't as good. Marie's wasn't as good.

Hi! Yes, it was bad luck to have to come out with an upbeat, fun dance after Jane's emotional segment. Still, I'm soooooo proud of their performance. Go, Helio! Go, Julianne! The best this season, no question.
ITA, Regineanne21. This was far better than Mel & Maks's jive, and AT LEAST as good as Sabrina & Mark's. But that's okay. This dance was probably the most difficult for Helio. Next week I'm hoping they get the waltz -- can you imagine his form and elegance in that dance?

Its kinda wierd though. Julianne has danced with Mark before, and Mark's jives are always awesome, and they always get good scores.
But yeah, with the Houghs its cursed. Derek and Brooke's lowest score was on their Jive, a 21!
