The thing is that it doesn't depend on languages. The reason for spirits screaming, is beacause they had some horrible way to pass away over. Like pain, and so on. But the most spirits communicate in picures, and showing memories, and sometimes even showing us just a hint on what they have been through. Something that they can relate to happened.

What I would say is, its one thing to make contact and its another to disrespect them and provoke them just so they make a noise. Only occasionally they say thank you when they request a signal.
